Those little wedding details that you might not have thought of

Planning a wedding is a busy time and there are lots of things that you need to think about and consider during those months running up to it.

This may mean that you are likely to forget about some of the smaller details.

To help keep you on the straight and narrow, we have put together some of those finer details of your wedding planning that you need to try and keep in mind.

Who is grabbing the breakfast?

It is important that you and your wedding party have a good breakfast in order to get through the day.

So, ensure that you decide who is getting the breakfast (including plenty of coffee) else you could end up incredibly hungry.

Bring some handkerchiefs

There is a good chance that there are going to be some tears on your big day which means that you are going to need to make sure that you have some tissues at the ready.

These don’t really last too well of course, so, if you want something a bit better quality, then you are going to want to purchase some handkerchiefs which will last much longer.

Keep your guests entertained

The bride and groom are going to spend much of the day rushing around, however, for the guests there is likely to be a lot of standing around and waiting.

Think about ways that you can keep your guests entertained during those quieter moments and they will really appreciate it.

Garden games are a great idea, or perhaps hiring a caricaturist if you think that would be a better idea.

Don’t forget your guest book

There is something really special about being able to read through all the well-wishes from your guests after the big day.

Which means that you really shouldn’t forget your guest book.

Of course, there are other alternatives to having a guest book, so if you are not a fan of the traditional approach then you still have plenty of choice.

Think about what photos you want to have taken

Whilst a photographer is going to need to be able to see which shots are going to make a great photograph, however, it is a good idea to think about any photos that you are really keen to have taken on the big day.

This will usually be certain family members or perhaps a part of the venue that you are particularly fond of and having this in mind will make the entire day run a bit smoother.

As you can see, there are plenty of small details that you need to consider for your wedding day.

Why not write them down as they come to you and make sure that you have a comprehensive list of the things that you need to do on your big day?

That way you can make sure that you don’t forget any of them.
