The Finer Wedding Details You May Not Have Thought About

Planning a wedding isn’t easy, and there is always plenty to think about and arrange.

The majority of couples rely on a list to make sure that they have everything in hand, but even the most organised can sometimes forget one or two things.

To help along the way, we have put together some of the finer details of weddings that you may not instantly remember.

Who is getting the coffee in the morning?

The day of the wedding is usually an early start, which means that the morning dose of caffeine is a must.

This important job is one that is not often allocated, meaning that it is forgotten.

Make sure that you have someone to tackle this task, and every member of the wedding party will be grateful.

Have tissues to hand

There is a good chance that tears are going to be a big part of your big day, so make sure that you have some tissues to hand.

Not only for you, but for your bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and even the father of the bride too.

Dancing shoes

Getting married means that you (and your bridesmaids for that matter) are going to spend plenty of time on their feet.

This means that you all may be suffering from sore and swollen feet by the end of the evening.

The last thing you want to do is miss out on all the dancing (or ruin your look by going shoeless) so why not have some dancing shoes for the evening?

These could be flat pumps or flip flops, but have them placed under the chair ready and waiting to soothe those sore feet.

A goodbye gift

Planning a wedding that is going to be a pretty awesome party too?

Why not offer your guests the ultimate in goodbye gift?

Have a table at the door as they leave with bottles of water, on these you can hang a pouch with a couple of painkillers, perfect for helping those hangovers in the morning.

Trust us, your guests are going to be really thankful for this!

Something for the little ones

If you are going to have kids at your wedding then you may want to make sure that they are entertained.

After all, for them, weddings can be a bit on the boring side.

Put together a pack that is just for them, it doesn’t have to be much, just a colouring book and some pens may be enough, all you want is to make sure that they are occupied, giving their parents the chance to relax.

These are just some of the things that are a good idea to think about when organising your wedding.

Whilst they are not vital for the day, they can make the day a whole lot more enjoyable, as well as make sure that some of the biggest issues are resolved before they even become a problem.
